The Mouse Near Our House

Every year around Summer we have some strange things occur. We hear these very strange noises coming from different parts of the house at different times. My family always checks these noises out but we can't seem to find where they are coming from and who is making the noises if anyone.

By the way forgive me I forgot to introduce myself, I am Cleo. You can call me just a plain old scaredy cat. My family always reminds me how overly worried and scared I am over every little thing.

As I was taking one of my many naps I kept being interrupted by a funny sound. I tried to ignore it but couldn't. It sounded like something was chewing ever so slightly at the wall. I crept slowly up to the wall and tried to look through a tiny hole that was there but couldn't see anything. I became more and more curious as I was certain something was there teasing me as well as trying to scare me.

I decided to lay back down and finish my nap since I was accomplishing nothing. It was too hot to play and purrfect weather for sleeping. All of a sudden I felt something on my back towards my tail that felt like a kind of tickling sensation. I slowly turned my head around as not to scare whatever or whoever was behind me and low and behold guess what? It turns out there was a rather friendly little mousie living in a small area through our house. He was the one scaring me and making all the noise.

Imagine, being scared of a little mouse!
