Just Words
by Henri of Twin Brook
There is a cat in our neighborhood who oscillates by my garden window every morning, her feet, tapping staccato through the herbs. Frequently, she is cantankerous and angry when Sidney is sitting with me but when I am alone, she is quite presentable in spirit and mood. Often, she meows mere gobbledygook for hours and I become very bored with her speeches, because she has meowed nothing meaningless sounds and purrs. When she realizes I have not been paying much attention to her, her meows become fast and allegro, like her footsteps. Sometimes her purrs had a fast, graceful allegretto tempo when she had calmed down a bit. "Henri," she cautioned, "After you've been in the litter box, I hope you clean your paws before going to bed. Otherwise your feet will become a vector for all kinds of germs and bacillus, that cylindrical form of bacteria". Whelon, or once upon a time I would have listened to her advice, but now, I was a savvy cat, knowledgeable about all those things. THE END, WHEW!!!!!
Word List provided by Henri did not use "Sandman" and this kitty could
Buster
not even find "Terxentenary" in the dictionary, so I
doubt if Henri could either.
