Imagine my horror when I woke up
and found, to my astonishment, I was a PUP!
My soft kitty fur had come all undone
and had been replaced by a curly one.
When I looked in the mirror it frightend me
What I saw was a miniature Bob Marley
for I had become a Puli!
Wasn't I a sight to see?
My entire body, from tail to head
was covered in locks... I believe they're called "dreads".
What made it all worse was my energy!
I behaved like a kitten aged two or three.
I opened my mouth to say MEEEEOW
but what came out was a YIP! somehow...
Meowmie heard it and laughed at me
She said I was cute and cuddly
I wanted to cry... I begged her to stop!
She said she could use ME for a floor mop!
I was really in trouble when I sat up and begged
For some toast and jam and a scrambled egg!
It's not like me to eat like that...
I sure hope tomorrow I wake up a cat!
