A Different July 4th

Fourth of July drastically changed for my family after the September 11 terrorist attacks. Usually my family would go outside on the lake and watch fireworks or even sometimes they would drive in the car and watch fireworks. Since September 11 on most holidays which includes July 4th my family stays close to home now and they don't drive anywhere to see fireworks. The humans sit on the patio and can usually see the fireworks on the lake. I like the fact that the humans stay home now for July 4th especially since I happen to hate the holiday. It is way too noisy and upsetting for me!
