In praise of all things rodent. Oh running rat ,oh hopping mouse .. come on in it's open house The food is free, the water clean The dog's asleep ..but I am keen I love your speed, your scurrying, Your sneaky ways, your hurrying. Oh lovely mouse , oh happy rat come in and play with pussy cat We'll run and slide and jump and hide Have so much fun...and eat someone .. (ummm no I didn't mean that bit ..) I love your whiskers, tiny feet Long long tail ..and tasty meat ... (no no ..not that bit either...) So little mouse and handsome rat please come and play with pussycat Lets share some food and play some games Your lives will NEVER be the same I love your squeaks, I love your smell, The way you move and taste as well. ( gee I didn't mean THAT either) I sing your praises, rodent friends Come in , your search is at an end. Yumm.......
