Where I Live

My name is Jazmine Taylor but please call me Jazzy. I live in Washington DC with my meowmie, daddy, 12 year old brother Bubba and 1 year old sister, Tabitha.

We live in a 1 bedroom condo on the second floor. There is a floor of condo's above us and one below us. I don't like living in the middle because you hear everyone's noise. Music, foot steps, loud talking or any other noise.

I've never gone outside our front door unless I'm in the kitty carrier. When meowmie opens the front door, I sit far away from the door. Meowmie told me when she and my brother Bubba first moved into our house, when she and daddy got married, Bubba was really curious. He ran out the front door and down the hall. All of the front doors are a dark red so everything looks the same. Meowmie and daddy ran down the hall to get him but he kept running away from them because he was afraid he'd get in trouble. Finally he sat in front of a door and meowed. Nobody answered the door, maybe he thought it was his door. He hasn't tried to get out since.

All our neighbors know meowmie has 3 kitties. Once there was a stray kitty in the hall and someone brought it to our house. They thought it belonged to my family! Meowmie fed the kitty and then took him to a No Kill Shelter. A few days later the kitty was adopted and actually lives down the hall from me!
