Where I Live

My name is Tabitha Taylor. I like in Washington D.C. Washington DC is divided up into 4 quadrants, North West, North East, South East and South West. Until you've lived in DC for awhile it is very confusing and even after you've been in DC awhile it can still be confusing.

I live in a 1 bedroom condo with meowmie, daddy, my big brother Bubba and big sister, Jazzy. We live in North East. There is always a lot of activity going on in DC but North East is pretty quiet.

All the window's in our condo over look the parking lot, so there isn't much to see. But, every morning around 8:30am a little gray squirrel sits outside on the window ledge and looks in at me. I sit and look out on the squirrel. We do this every morning, if one of us isn't there the other one waits. He runs along the window ledge outside and I run across the window ledge inside. Sometimes I climb up the window divider for the squirrel but meowmie says we don't climb.

Meowmie and daddy say we're going to be moving at the end of the summer or in the fall. I'm going to really miss my good friend the gray squirrel. I wonder if he'll miss me?
