Thankful I Am

I am most thankful to have a meowmie who loves me so very much. She has spent a fortune caring for me and my diabetes and hyperthyroidism, with more money yet to spend, and she sacrifices things for herself in order to get me the best veterinary care possible. I would most likely not be here if I didn't have such a caring and concerned meowmie. She is always so gentle with me, and makes sure I get all my meds on time. What more could a kitty want?

Having such a caring sibling is my other very special thing I am thankful for. Spyder is so caring, and getting much more so as we get older. I just love to sit by her, wash her face, and we are getting closer and closer. It is just wonderful to have such a sweet sister, and I know I am a very lucky kitty. I keep trying to get really close to BlackJack, but always a bit harder to get really tight with another male kitty, but I keep on trying and know I will succeed.

If I could change anything, it would be to not have diabetes any more. This has been such a life-changing disease, and so hard on me and meowmie. I cope the best I can, but it does get tough dealing with it all. Coping is made so much easier with my wonderful family that I love so much!
