Changes

Changes in life can be either good or bad, depending on the circumstances and how one perceives these changes. I got to find out about how to adjust to some really positive changes when I was adopted into the house. After being a stray living on the streets, my life changed radically when I was scooped up and taken to the vet, and then several days later, was brought home to live inside. Having food available all the time was one of the biggest changes I had to adjust to, and that was a wonderful change to make. At first, I would wolf down all the food, eating so fast as to send the crunchies flying all around. I couldn't believe I would be getting food all the time, so really would go nuts with eating. After a few weeks, I finally adapted to having food available all the time, and slowed down my eating to a normal pace. This change was a wonderful one to get to adjust to!

Another change that was surely nice was getting to sleep on a nice soft bed with my new meowmie. From the very first night, I slept on the bed! This was such a wonderful change from sleeping on the hard ground, and I had no trouble adjusting to this change. These positive changes were some of the best changes I have ever had to adjust to, and my meowmie is always saying how well I fit in and that I just love being a housecat, and she is 100% right!
